The new platform features a modern design, simplified navigation, and new tools to provide you with a seamless and secure digital banking experience.
What to expect during your first login
Download the Mobile App – If you plan to use the mobile app, you will need to download the new app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Click below to download, or search "Bank of Advance" in your app store. The app icon will have a new look on your home screen.
Enter Your Current Username and Password – During your first login, you will be prompted to enter your current Online Banking Username and Password. You will then be prompted to set up a form of Two-Factor Authentication and receive a one-time passcode. Once you login, you will have the ability to re-establish biometrics and set up a PIN for future logins.
Add your Debit Card to Brella Card Management – You will need to re-establish your enrollment in Brella® Card Management in order to receive debit card alerts, pause your debit card, or submit travel notices2. Re-enroll by going to Card Management (Brella) and entering your debit card number. To be alerted every time your debit card is used, click on Alerts and protections > Threshold alerts > Enter $1 in the threshold amount.
Please be aware that Text Banking will no longer be available in our new digital banking platform.
As part of our online & mobile banking upgrade, our 2-Way Text Banking service has been discontinued. This change allows us to focus on improved and more secure communication options within the upgraded system. You will no longer be able to text BAL or HIST to return account balances and recent transaction history. To view your account information, you will need to log in to your online or mobile banking.
You will still be able to set up and receive account balance and transaction alerts that will be delivered via text message. Set up these alerts within your online or mobile banking.

Customized View
Arrange your dashboard features in a way that makes sense to you. You can also hide accounts from your dashboard view if you don't want to see them.
To add, hide, or move the cards that are visible on your dashboard, select the [...] menu in the top-right corner of the card. You can choose to change the size of the card, or use the Organize Dashboard option to move or hide the card.
Rearrange the order you see your accounts by selecting the [...] menu above your list of account and choose Organize Accounts. You can also hide or rename your accounts by clicking on a specific account and selecting Settings.
External & Rapid Transfers
Link to your non-Bank of Advance accounts to make one-time or recurring transfers. Add an external account from your Transfers menu to begin moving money between your financial institutions. To establish the link to your external account, you will need to enter your external account name, routing number, and account number. You will be asked to verify micro-deposit amounts received in your external account before you can begin transferring money. This type of transfer may take 1-3 business days to complete.
You can also transfer money almost instantly between your Bank of Advance account and an account at another financial institution with a rapid transfer2. Rapid transfers use your non-Bank of Advance debit card to send money between accounts. Add your non-Bank of Advance debit card by selecting Rapid Transfer in the Transfers menu. You will need to enter your external debit card number, expiration date, and CVV. This type of transfer will take only minutes to complete. Please note that a small fee will be applied when sending a rapid transfer. Credit cards are not eligible for rapid transfers.

Use your phone to deposit your checks with our 24/7 Mobile Deposit service. Simply snap a photo of your check to easily make a deposit wherever you are. No driving, no lines, no worries!1
Card Management
Safeguard your debit card with Brella® Card Management. Receive alerts to monitor your debit card activity, temporarily block/unblock your card, and submit travel notices to keep your card working as expected when you're on the road.2
Bill Pay
Quickly pay a company or pay a person using Bill Pay. Set up a one-time payment or schedule recurring ones to stay on top of your bills and avoid missed due dates.3
eDocs
Get your statements and notices sent straight to your email inbox days sooner that you'd get them in the mail. Plus, get added peace of mind knowing your information is protected behind your secure login.3
