As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic has become more prevalent in the United States, please know that we at the Bank are taking this matter very seriously and are making extensive preparations for any level of potential outbreak in our communities. Taking care of our staff, customers, and communities is of the utmost importance to us.

WE'RE OPEN FOR BUSINESS

WE ARE LIMITING ACCESS TO OUR LOBBIES TO ASSIST IN SOCIAL DISTANCING EFFORTS

In an effort to protect our staff, customers, and community, we have closed our lobbies until further notice. We will allow access to safe deposit boxes, when necessary, but will limit to one person at a time. We will follow the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) Interim Guidelines for Business and Employers (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/guidance-business-response.html) when determining access.

Drive-thru service will remain open and operate with regular business hours.

Drive-thru banking
Our tellers can perform a large variety of banking transactions while serving you through the drive-thru setting. Please consider utilizing our drive-thru lines unless it is absolutely necessary to use the lobby.

We highly recommend you enroll in Online Banking as it is a safe and easy way to bank. View up-to-date account balances, past statements, transaction history and much more.

WHAT WE'RE DOING TO PREPARE

Our Premises

We are limiting access to our lobbies by appointment only. We have enhanced the cleaning of our facilities to include more thorough and frequent disinfectant cleanings. Door knobs, counter tops, and other surfaces are regularly disinfected. Work spaces and teller windows are disinfected throughout the day. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes have been placed throughout our facilities for employee and customer use.

Our Staff

We have provided our staff with comprehensive guidance and education on how to protect themselves, their families, and our customers from the transmission of COVID-19 as recommended by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Processes are in place to ensure no employee is sick or contagious while in our facility. Employees are cross-trained to cover for coworkers who are not able to be in the workplace.

Our Services

We have a comprehensive business continuity plan in place that will allow us to provide essential banking services even during the most severe of public health events. We have the ability to perform key banking functions remotely. In the event it is necessary, our remote access abilities and cross-trained staff allow us to provide all digital services, telephone banking, ATM, drive-up services, and appointment-only banking with a reduced, on-site staff.
