Our free, automated telephone banking service enables you to obtain account information such as your current balance and transaction history, transfer funds between accounts and even fax yourself recent account information.

With one simple phone call you can:

  • Get current account information on your checking, savings and loan accounts
  • Make a loan payment or transfer money from one account to another
  • Have your account information faxed to you
  • And more

How to use 24 Hour Telephone Banking:

  • Call the 24 HOUR INFORMATION CENTER from any touch-tone telephone: 573-722-5144 or Toll Free: 877-711-2265. You will need your account number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). NOTE: The first time you call, you will be asked to enter your account number and the last 4 digits of your social security number. You will be instructed to set up a PIN that can be from four to ten digits in length. One PIN will be good for all of your accounts.
     
  • Wait for the greeting, then follow the instructions. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose. You may access your selections from the Opening Menu by simply pressing the corresponding number on your telephone. You may choose from as many of the selections as you would like. Once you have finished your last selection, simply hang up your telephone to end the service.

For savings withdrawals, press 1

Loan Menu (4)
This menu will give you the following information about your loan:
   (a) Your last payment amount and date
   (b) Your next payment amount and date
   (c) Current payoff and balance on your principal
   (d) Year to date interest and prior year to date interest
CD & IRA Menu (5)
This menu will give you the following information about your CD or IRA:
   (a) Your current balance and maturity date
   (b) Your interest rate and year to date interest
Funds Transfer Menu (6)
This menu allows you to transfer money between your checking and savings accounts. You can also make your loan payment by transferring money from your checking or savings account into your loan account. Key the amount including the cents but without the decimal. So $200.00 would be keyed as 20000. Always press (#) after keying numbers. Transfers done after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be memo-posted to your account the following business day.
Change PIN Menu (7)
This menu allows you to change your PIN. You must know your old PIN to use this feature. If you have forgotten your PIN, contact your local branch for further assistance.
