Business Mobile Deposit ID

In order to make a mobile deposit into a business account, you will need to have access to a Business Mobile Deposit ID. After submitting your enrollment request for Mobile Deposit, you will be contacted with login information for your new Business Mobile Deposit ID. You will need to log into the Bank of Advance Mobile app with your Business Mobile Deposit ID to make deposits into your business account(s). The Business Mobile Deposit ID will not affect any existing Online Banking ID you may have. If you currently have an Online Banking ID, all account access will remain the same.

After receiving your 12-digit Business Mobile Deposit ID, we recommend that you change your ID to reflect your business name and Mobile Deposit (ex. smithfarmsMD). This will help distinguish your Business Mobile Deposit ID from any other Online Banking ID you may have. To change your Business Mobile Deposit ID, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to our full website at www.bankofadvance.com (i.e. not the app)
  2. Log into Online Banking using your 12-digit Business Mobile Deposit ID
  3. Click on Options
  4. Type what you want your new Business Mobile Deposit ID to be in the Enter New field
